regarding the width..you say 39 mm using the picture diagram while the length
from 12 to 6 vertically is 49mm. shouldnt this be other way around.
watch should be wider say 49mm and length of the dial should be 39mm.
maybe i am confused?
please advice.

53 mm is the case diameter and 48mm is the dial diameter.
