I am looking at this Breitling Navitimer - bl33. Can you tell me what color the dial is? Perhaps it could be due to lighting or how it was photographed, but it does not look white. Thank you...

The dial is not white, it is a off white close to beige color.

The Breitling Navitimer-bl33 (bl33) has Japanese automatic movement, sweeping second hand. We have only the model with black crocodile leather strap. However we have other Breitling models with stainless steel bracelets.

If the leather band is too big a watchmaker can make some more holes. We use Sapphire Crystal for all our watches.

Sí, lo es. Este modelo tiene un bisel unidireccional calado con taquímetro.

what is the difference between swiss and japanese movement? and is this watch japanese or swiss?

Swiss replica models have Swiss made ETA automatic movement, 25 jewels. Japanese replicas have Miyota automatic movement, 21 jewels.
