The watch has Japanese automatic movement. The second hand will sweep just like on the original design.

Is the diameter including the distance with the crown 39 mm or with out?

This is the face diameter, including the bezel. The 39mm diameter does not include the crown.

By the word automatic, does it mean I have to wind the watch's spring every day?

When you first receive your automatic replica, you need to wind it for 3 minutes(30 turns -full circle) straight before wearing it. If you wear it everyday, it will continue to wind itself on your wrist when you move around and walk.
