Under normal circumstances it takes us 1-2 days to process your billing information and get your order out.  There are a few measures you can take to ensure that you receive your order swiftly, without any snags.  Please make sure that both your shipping address and you billing address are correct. Please ensure that an adult is present at the shipping address during business hours on the days that your order is expected. Since we ship via courier, it is essential that an adult is present to sign for the order.
